All In One Peace

I remember what my elementary/middle school band teacher
told me a long time ago. A rather strange man, if I say so now (he would say and do things like pranks that any adult shouldn’t say to impressionable youth, let alone a teacher… oh well.) One wierd thing he told me was that the Chinese men would be coming over to the US, UK, and other Western countries in droves because they were letting these countries adopt all the Chinese girls because of the one child policy and the cultural preference to males. Now it seems that the Chiniese are seeing the scope of this problem.

This teacher had just married and adopted a little girl from China- so he saw first hand… boy, what a culture/dempgraphic shock that will be for both China and all the countries where  so many girls were sent.
